Eisacktal - The valley of the four seasons
The Isarco Valley extends from Bozen to the north up to Brennero. Then, near Brixen, the narrow gorge of the Isarco valley widens to become a spacious and luxuriant basin. Sterzing, the old city of the Fugger family, with its side valleys, is just 15 kilometres from the Brenner pass.
