Gastronomic Weeks in Eisacktal Valley
For 2 weeks in March restaurants and inns in Eisacktal Valley are focusing regional products and cuisine and invite gourmets to taste traditional recipes and dishes. The 2008's motto is: "all about apple".The Eisacktal Fine Cuisine Festival takes place from 29th February till 16th March 2008. The cooks of the participating restaurants will prepare some of the recipes originating in grandmother’s day. Influenced by new ideas and current trends, the dishes will reflect the development of local gastronomy and illustrate the abundance of original Tyrolean delicacies.
