Gastronomic Weeks in Eisacktal Valley

For 2 weeks in March restaurants and inns in Eisacktal Valley are focusing regional products and cuisine and invite gourmets to taste traditional recipes and dishes. The 2010's motto is: "healthy and regional foods".

The Eisacktal Fine Cuisine Festival takes place from 5th till 21st March 2010. The cooks of the participating restaurants will prepare some of the recipes originating in grandmother’s day. Influenced by new ideas and current trends, the dishes will reflect the development of local gastronomy and illustrate the abundance of original Tyrolean delicacies.
